Sir
"We started our study on 1998 and completed our graduation on 2003.
Our internship had finished following year 2004.
Some of us are now living in abroad and most of are here in
Bangladesh. We spent a very nice time with 162 students where 5
international friends from Malaysia, Nepal, Bhutan and India. A good
number of us have entered in the service of Bangladesh Civil Service.
Most of us already completed half the way of their postgraduations in
different subjects ranging from clinical subjects to public health.
We were a body, we had differences in our opinions and views but we
were the only batch with cent percent talented and bright students.
From the very beginning, some of us were so potential and active that
they arranged for a programme 100 days then year ending followed by a
great picnic as well as we went for so called auto vacations. We all
together fought for our exam centre and demonstrated different
cultural programs.
Till today, we can't put our memories aside rather whenever we recall
it......become emotional. We invented different nick names of our own,
those were really interesting but might be little bit embarassing to
some one. We enjoyed a lot. Our unity was very warm.
Our MMC made us doctors, not only a doctor but a doctor with value.
Now it is the time to do something, we don't have any alumni
association or any discussion group....which other medical colleges
have. We must develop it for our own interest to be linked thus we can
be in touch with each other.
It is just beginning, some of us may have some good ideas and we can
proceed. So, put our hands together and inform our friends to be
together.
Hope for the best. Keep going."
